3. Products, Pricing & Orders

All products are subject to availability. We may limit or cancel quantities purchased per person, household, or order.

We strive for accuracy, but prices, descriptions, and product images may contain errors. We reserve the right to correct errors and to cancel any order placed based on inaccurate pricing or product information, even after an order is confirmed. If we cancel such an order, we will refund any amount charged.

Prices are in USD and are exclusive of applicable taxes and shipping unless otherwise stated.

Submitting an order constitutes an offer to purchase. A binding contract forms only when we accept your order by shipping it. We may decline or cancel any order at our discretion.

4. Payment

Payments are processed through our authorized payment processing providers. By submitting payment information, you represent that you are authorized to use the payment method provided.

5. Shipping Policy

Processing time: Orders are processed within 1–2 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays). Orders placed after 12:00 PM PT may begin processing the next business day.

Domestic transit: Standard U.S. shipping typically arrives within 3–7 business days after processing. Expedited options, where offered, appear at checkout.

Shipping rates: Calculated at checkout based on destination and method.

Tracking: A tracking number is emailed when your order ships.

International: Where offered, customers are responsible for all duties, taxes, and customs fees. Delivery times vary.

Risk of loss passes to you upon our delivery of the package to the carrier.

Lost, stolen, or delayed packages: Carrier delays are outside our control. For packages marked delivered but not received, contact the carrier first, then us. We are not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect address entered at checkout.

6. 30-Day Return Policy

Window: You may request a return within 30 days of the delivery date.

Condition: Because these are personal skin-care products, items must be returned unused, unopened, and in original sealed packaging for a refund, for health and safety reasons.

How to start: Email success@realdrseattle.com with your order number to request a return authorization. Returns sent without authorization may not be processed.

Refunds: Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days of our receipt and inspection of the returned item. Original shipping charges are non-refundable, and return shipping is the customer’s responsibility unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.

Damaged or incorrect items: Contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos and we will replace the item or issue a full refund at no cost to you.

7. Intellectual Property

All content on the Website, including text, graphics, logos, images, product formulations, and the “realdrseattle® skincare” name and marks, is owned by realdrseattle® skincare or its suppliers and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. YOU AND REALDRSEATTLE® SKINCARE EACH WAIVE THE RIGHT TO A JURY TRIAL AND THE RIGHT TO PARTICIPATE IN ANY CLASS, REPRESENTATIVE, OR COLLECTIVE PROCEEDING. Arbitration is conducted on an individual basis only. If you initiate arbitration, your only required fee is $250; remaining JAMS fees are paid by realdrseattle® skincare unless the claim is found frivolous. This section does not prevent you from reporting concerns to government agencies. If any part of this section is found unenforceable, the remainder stays in effect.

14. Severability, Waiver & Entire Agreement

If any provision is found unenforceable, it will be limited to the minimum extent necessary and the remaining provisions stay in full force. Our failure to enforce any right is not a waiver. These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy and any policies posted on the Website, constitute the entire agreement between you and realdrseattle® skincare regarding the Website.
